I am an experienced individual with over 27 years’ experience in Process Management and Improvement mainly in the Manufacturing but as well as the Banking Industries. I have extensive experience as an Industrial Engineer in managing Lean Six Sigma Projects with multi-disciplinary team members identifying and improving service levels, reducing cost and improved profitability for organizations. I have experience in setting up detailed Project Business Cases as well as Problem and Goal Statements. With the desired result in mind, I facilitate the best suited and tailored approaches on how to solve a client’s problems and meet their goals.
