I am an experienced Executive with a demonstrated history of working in the banking industry, my speciality thus lies in the Financial Industry. In the 32 years of my banking career, I have acquired, amongst others, the following skills: Basic Banking, Client Relationship Management, Portfolio Management, Financial Risk Assessment and Management and Customer Service. I have spent the last 12 years of my career managing various portfolios of businesses ranging from your spaza shop to large corporates. I have a passion for SME clients as I believe they are the catalyst for the growth of our economy.

In the last 6 months, I have been involved in a corporate social investment project which was aimed at introducing matriculants to entrepreneurship. The idea was that the students should start thinking about starting their own business instead of looking for formal employment. A 7-day workshop was run covering basics like statutory requirements to establish a business, financial literacy, converting an idea to a business etc. The workshop culminated in the students presenting a business idea and illustrating how the idea will be implemented. This was an initiative by Mr Lebona Moleli, the CEO and founder of The Marketing Kraal (Pty) Ltd.
